Every Step Counts is a walk and bike-a-thon benefiting Bello Machre and the hundreds of people we serve. Whether you take one step or 100 – your support will make a difference in the hearts of people with developmental disabilities.

Register Online – Register for the event without creating a web page or using our fundraising tools.
Donate Today – Make a general Every Step Counts donation.
Download a Pledge Form – Fill out and mail in your registration. Then collect and write in your pledges on your form. Make sure you collect the money as you sign people up. You can also turn pledges in the day of the event. All major credit cards are accepted.

Be a Volunteer – Each of our volunteer crews will have a Crew Captain who will serve as the lead volunteer for that group. Some examples of our volunteer crews are: set-up, clean-up, cheerleaders, route support, and much more. Crew Captains must be 21-years-old and up, able to lift 25-30 lbs, and available to help the entire time (6:30AM – 1:00PM).

Every Step Counts 2012 Recap
WOW – what a great day for Bello Machre and the folks we serve. Spirits were high and the enthusiasm was contagious from the hundreds who came out to walk and bike in Every Step Counts 2012. Thanks to you, this year's event was by far the biggest and most successful ever raising over $100,000. Check out our E-News for more information.
Very special thanks to our Presenting Sponsor, Howard and Denise Schuffman of Dimensional Healthcare Associates of Owings Mills, Maryland, who donated $10,000.
Additional local companies that stepped up as major sponsors included Premier Sponsor Corporate Brokers - Annapolis, Maryland, donating $7,500 and Empire Builders - Annapolis, Maryland, donating $5,000. Check out our event Press Release for more details.
Others who made a huge impact on the day were Team Abby and Team Corporate Brokers with over 25 participants each. We thank our remarkable teams and high pledge gatherers - Dust Off Your Dreams, Team Christopher, Team Lunay, Arundel Chapter #80 of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mark Glover, Paul Nelson, Marcus Lewis, Janis Ellis, Fred Davis, and John Kaplan.
The event brought together friends and family, children and adults. Everyone enjoyed the walk and bike, kid’s games, fabulous food, the Big Vanilla Climbing Wall, and Lulu the Clown.
